Terms of Use
Effective August 25, 2026. Last updated August 25, 2026.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using Top ABA Therapy you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. What this site is, and is not
Top ABA Therapy is an informational directory of ABA therapy provider locations, compiled from public records and dated at the point it was checked. It is a research tool.
It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis response. A listing is not a referral, not an endorsement, and not a recommendation that a provider is right for your child. Appearing in this directory means the evidence put an organisation there, nothing more.
We do not verify clinical quality, we do not authorise insurance coverage, and we do not guarantee availability, employment, or any outcome. Confirm anything you are going to act on directly with the organisation concerned.
If you are dealing with an emergency, contact emergency services. This site cannot help quickly enough and is not monitored for urgent messages.
3. No fees and no payments
Nothing on this site is billed today, and no payment method is accepted. There is no price list, no checkout, and no way to pay us. Every listing is here because the evidence put it here.
We intend to charge providers to claim and enhance a listing, and employers to publish job openings. That is the model Psychology Today and comparable professional directories run on. When that opens it will arrive with published pricing and these terms will be updated first.
Two commitments hold whether or not anyone is paying: payment will never change position in unlabelled organic results, and any paid placement will be labelled as paid wherever it appears.
4. Listings and accuracy
Listings are compiled from public records. Every published fact carries the date it was last checked, and an unknown stays an unknown rather than being written up as a yes.
Provider, payer, availability, job, and editorial information changes, sometimes faster than we can re-check it. A date on this site tells you when we looked, not that the fact is still true today.
If something is wrong, tell us through the correction route on /contact/ or at topabatherapy@gmail.com. An attributable public source moves a correction faster than a description of one. Corrections keep their provenance so the record shows what changed and when.
5. Claimed listings and provider obligations
Claiming a listing links an authorised account to an organisation so you can correct evidence, add service detail, and answer inquiries directly.
- Claim only an organisation you are authorised to act for.
- Submit accurate information, and only content you have the right to provide.
- Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not submit clinical records, patient information, or anything containing protected health information. This is a public directory and no part of it is built to hold it.
Claiming does not move an organisation in unlabelled results and cannot be used to remove an accurate fact, a resolved correction, or a competitor.
6. Acceptable use
Use the service to research, compare, question, and correct. Do not:
- Access private records or accounts you are not entitled to.
- Manipulate ranking, reviews, or corrections, or submit information you know to be false.
- Scrape at a rate that degrades the service, or bypass rate limits and access controls.
- Upload malicious content, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Use the directory to build a competing dataset for redistribution.
Access or a listing may be limited while a security, identity, rights, evidence, or policy concern is reviewed.
7. Accounts
Accounts require accurate information and a secure password. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised. You may close an account at any time; see section 6 of the privacy notice for what happens to the data.
8. Intellectual property
The directory’s structure, editorial content, and compilation are ours. Underlying facts drawn from public records are not, and we make no claim to them.
Names, marks, and content belonging to provider organisations remain theirs and appear here to identify them. Submitting content grants us a non-exclusive licence to publish it in the directory; you keep ownership.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the directory is complete, current, or uninterrupted.
External sites, including provider, payer, employer, vendor, and application destinations, control their own content, terms, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Top ABA Therapy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service.
Because the service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Top ABA Therapy against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or content you submit that infringes another party’s rights.
12. Governing law and disputes
Governing law: the laws of the United States and of the state in which Top ABA Therapy is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The service is operated from and intended for the United States; if you use it from elsewhere you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for local law.
Before anything formal, write to topabatherapy@gmail.com and give us 30 days. Most of what reaches us is a wrong fact, and a wrong fact is faster to fix than to argue about.
If a dispute survives that, it goes to the state or federal courts of that state, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents either of us from seeking injunctive relief, or you from bringing a claim in small-claims court.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stands.
13. Changes and contact
Material changes get a new effective date and are posted here before they take effect. Superseded versions are retained. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
