Paid placement appears on the markets you choose and is labelled as paid wherever it appears. It sits alongside unlabelled results, never inside them.
What payment does not buy
The ordering rules are published and they do not have a price. This is the whole reason a directory is worth reading, and it is worth more to us than any single listing.

How Top ABA Therapy makes money
Providers pay to claim and enhance a listing, and employers pay to publish job openings. That is the entire revenue model. There is no affiliate arrangement with any provider, no fee for appearing in unlabelled results, and no arrangement under which a payment removes a competitor. Sponsored placement is labelled every time it appears.
None of it is running yet. There is no price list, no checkout and no way to pay us today, so every listing on this directory is here because the evidence put it here. When paid placement does open, it will arrive with published pricing and the labelling rule above, and the ordering rules will not move.
Saying so is not a disclaimer. A directory that publishes dated evidence and then hides how it earns has the harder credibility problem, not the easier one.
