Provider participation
Manage accurate provider information without buying organic rank
Maintain current evidence through a governed organization workflow
Eligible organizations can claim identity, propose evidence-backed updates, maintain locations, respond to inquiries, and publish reviewed jobs. Payment never changes unlabeled organic directory position.
A governed participation process
Authority, proposed changes, and evidence maintenance are separate steps with separate review states.
Confirm eligibility
Provide organization identity, lawful evidence sources, and authorized contacts.
Submit proposed changes
Updates enter moderation and never silently overwrite governed source truth.
Keep evidence current
Renew availability, service-area, payer, location, and job assertions before expiry.
What your listings sit inside
Every organization page is reconciled from business listings, the federal NPPES registry, and what the provider publishes about its own services, each recorded with the date it was observed. Claiming an organization does not change its position in unlabeled organic order.
- One organization, many locations – never nine duplicates
- A service or payer enters a listing only from your own published materials
- Volatile claims expire back to unknown rather than standing stale

Payment does not determine these shortcuts. Read the methodology.
What participation means and does not mean
Claiming a profile does not convert every field into verified evidence or purchase a better organic position.
Sponsored visibility
Commercial modules are labeled and separated from organic positions.
Trust terminology
Claimed, identity checked, credential checked, refreshed, and sponsored remain distinct.
Enrollment paused
If participation intake is unavailable, applications fail honestly without collecting unnecessary data.
Prepare evidence before applying
Bring authorized organization identity, locations, contact routes, source records, and current operational details.
- Do not submit clinical records
- Do not submit family information
- Keep location evidence scoped and current
