A payer name on a provider record is a mention that provider published, and a mention is not a statement of benefits, network status or eligibility.

Where a detail has never been recorded, the page says unknown instead of converting silence into a yes or a no.

Who delivers ABA therapy and who supervises it

Programs are typically designed and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), while day to day sessions are often delivered by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a BCaBA working under that supervision.

A functional behavior assessment usually comes first, and the treatment plan that follows should name goals, methods and how progress will be measured.

Parent and caregiver training is part of the program rather than an extra, because the skills have to work in the rooms where the difficulty actually happens.
