What to ask this provider before you commit

Applied behavior analysis is delivered by a team rather than a single clinician, and most programs serve autistic children following a formal autism evaluation. The directory records what a provider publishes, not how it staffs a case. These are the questions that separate one ABA program from another.

1. Which Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) would supervise the program, and how many hours of supervision does each case receive?
2. Will a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a BCaBA deliver the direct sessions, and how is their work overseen?
3. Does the intake include a functional behavior assessment, and will the assessment and treatment plan be shared in writing?
4. How is parent and caregiver training built into the schedule rather than added at the end?
5. Which settings are on offer (in-home, center-based, school-based or telehealth), and how is progress measured and reviewed in each?
