Who delivers ABA therapy and who supervises it
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designs and oversees the program, and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BCaBA usually delivers the direct sessions under that supervision.
Asking how many BCBA supervision hours a case receives tells you more about a program than any directory listing can.
A functional behavior assessment should precede the treatment plan, and both should be explained to you in writing.
